Public Lands Interpretive Association wants you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
